They also have online learning through the IFS Circle and Continuity program, their annual IFS conference, an e-store, their practitioner and supervisor directory, and other resources freely available.
Recommended IFS videos, articles and podcasts are free and available at the IFS Institute (IFSI) website under the Resources tab.
IFS ANZ and the Mind Beyond Institute organise organise the IFS Institute's training for Australia and New Zealand, a host of IFS workshops and activities, and a public directory of officially trained IFS therapists and practitioners in the region.
Simon d’Orsogna is the International Partner for the Australia & New Zealand region with the IFS Institute, and the founder of IFS ANZ and the Mind Beyond Institute. Mind Beyond Institute has been supporting the development of an IFS informed chatbot using AI programmed with 8Cs and IFS protocol. We've seen this provide excellent support to my clients between sessions. Also, it is good for me as an IFS therapist to work on something that has me tangled up. It's free, and in your pocket, however more importantly, it requires no identifying personal info. Safety considerations have been baked-in, disallowing further engagement if the user indicates high distress or self-harm/harm ideation (contact details for international support services are provided).
If you wish to pay ~USD $5/month for more features optionally, an area we're developing with journalling and identifying qualities of Self and parts. This feels an exciting way to democratise what IFS can offer. Feel free to try & test it - if you are comfortable, please share it along to support clients between sessions safely.
