Upcoming IFS Community Events 2025 - 2026

Presence Psychotherapy

Presence Psychotherapy is an integrative trauma therapy that opens awareness to the Four Dimensions of Presence (aka Self energy, in IFS speak) to help us expand our identification of who we are, experience well-being, balance emotions and process the many layers and nuances of trauma. If you are interested and practice within the Australian-New Zealand and South East Asian region, register your interest in the ANZ 2026 workshops run by Simon d'Orsogna & Gabriela Salabert below.

There is an online series of 4 lectures providing a 6 hour IFS Intro commencing weekly on February 2026 for those who haven't yet completed the in-person Intro workshops. Subscribe for early information and tickets to events at the bottom of the page at Upcoming Events .
