Profile
My IFS learning and personal journey include an ongoing commitment to my own IFS therapy, supervision and training. My training in the model to date includes: IFS Level 1 & 2, IFS Online Circle, IFS Skills Immersion, Deepening Attunement in IFS and Foundations of IFS Intuitive Drawing.
I have also attended various online conferences, workshops and other trainings, and am a prolific reader of this subject area. I receive my own IFS Therapy, have regular Supervision and have a regular practice of connecting with my own parts and tending to my internal relationships.
