I have found IFS to be a delightfully surprising, often efficient and profoundly meaningful model to work with. By pairing IFS with my creative arts therapy practices, and somatic exploration, that which has been locked away or hidden can find a more easeful path to release, acceptance, integration or balance.
It is deeply important to me that I work in a way which honours you and all that is important to you. Our work can mould to fit you and your parts needs.
