Profile

Reaching out for therapy often happens at a time when life feels harder than it should.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally flooded, or caught in intense emotional loops that leave you feeling confused, exhausted, and alone. Perhaps you’ve been doing your best to cope, yet something continues to pull you back to the same painful place. If that’s where you find yourself, you’re not alone.

You don’t have to bring a perfectly packaged problem for us to fix or even have the exact right words to explain it. We’ll begin by slowing things down and making space for whatever feels most important. In our work together, we use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to make sense of it together.
We won’t treat your intense anxiety, overthinking, or self-criticism as flaws to be fixed or silenced. Instead, we view them as dedicated, protective parts of your system that have been working incredibly hard to keep you safe and help you survive… even if their methods now leave you feeling overwhelmed.

My style is gentle, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your pacing. By combining IFS with depth-oriented psychodynamic insights and Coherence Therapy, we don’t just focus on managing your symptoms. We work with the neuroscience of lasting emotional change to help the old, painful wounds that trigger these intense emotional floods actually soften and update at the root.
Together we can make sense of your experience so what once felt impossible to change begins to shift. You will naturally find your way back to a place of genuine calm, emotional balance, and self-trust. It’s a beautiful place to journey with you back to, and one in which I’d be honoured to join you in.

If your system resonates with this approach, I warmly invite you to reach out via email on [email protected] to arrange a free 20-minute clarity call.
