Kia ora, Talofa, Welcome. I am an IFS Level 1, 2 and 3 trained therapist who is grateful for having discovered and trained in a therapy that offers such profound deep and lasting healing. I wholeheartedly embrace the phrase ‘You Are the One You’ve Been Waiting For’, which is the title of one of Richard Schwartz’s (founder of IFS) books.
