My name is Charri (she/her). Working at your pace I offer a safe, confidential, open-hearted place to speak freely and to be heard. I welcome working with people 18+ from all cultures, religious beliefs, and sexual and gender identities. My therapeutic practice is informed by IFS alongside psychodynamic, creative-expressive, and trauma-informed approaches. I appreciate the power of IFS as a psychotherapeutic model, and what initially ignited my curiosity is the notion “there are no bad parts”.
About me
I grew up in Te Tai Tokerau/Northland and now call Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland home.
I have worked within a community practice for the past three years. Before this I spent five years seeing clients within a sexual assault and domestic violence service, the AUT Allied Integrated Health Clinic, and AUT Psychotherapy Clinic. Currently I see clients in Henderson and Mt Eden and I welcome your enquiry about working together.
